Gift. The greatest gift you can ever give another person is your own happiness. And that’s what Aditi did. “I have nominated you for a bunch of awards,” is what she wrote, and Voila! The moment I read it, I was like … (yeah exactly, it was … !) Stunned to silence for some few good minutes, before I gained my mortal status, owing to an infallible power cut and a jealous tropical summer.
Say ‘Hi’ to Aditi Mittal! A charming young lady who loves travelling, is opinionated and headstrong, and can be brutal if required. (Beware!) For she can charm you not only with her demeanour, but also with her words. And so, getting nominated for a platter of awards from such a graceful and vibrant personality like hers is a treat indeed. Thank you Aditi for the multiple honours! To read her tales, visit her lovely web journal here. 🙂
Now coming to the Awards, there are FOUR of them. Mighty ones! I was a bit curious about what they actually stand for. So I did a bit of research on them and came across some interesting details. Some are directly explained and some inferred. A charming collection, no doubt!
A. WordPress Family Award
A kind gesture. Read about it here.
B. Dragon’s Loyalty Award
An interesting one! Tried deriving what it might represent. Read here.
C. Wonderful Team Member Readership Award
Inspire and encourage. Again, some inference was necessary. Read here.
D. Hope Unites Globally – HUG Award
A great initiative. Read in details about it here.
So that pretty much sums up what these tiny packets of happiness might stand for. Well, it’s a collection that surely breeds divine afflatus. You can’t wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club! And such gestures by fellow blogosphere inhabitants not only invigorate your spirit, but challenge you to raise your bars of creativity. I’m really thankful to all the fellow bloggers and friends for the love you have showered. Now before I get more emotional, I’ll just sign out this soliloquy with the words of the great Albert Einstein:
“Imagination is the highest form of research.”

Q: What is the meaning of life?
A: Life… it goes on. To live it and not just survive, is what defines it.
Q: Happiness is all about?
A: Happiness is the harmony between what the mind thinks, the heart desires and the soul absorbs.
Q: Why do you start a blog?
A: Writing a blog is not just an art… it’s a shelter, a religion, an expedition. And, having a blog is tasting life twice: in the moment, and in retrospect.
Q: What is more important in your life: relationships or fame?
A: Fame is dust. Relationship is spice. Fame is weed. Relationship is bloom. Fame loves all. Relationship loves true.
Q: One thing which you like the most about blogging?
A: Blogging gives me peace… it acts like a carrier of the unexpressed and the unattended, and revitalizes the nectar of creativity through pollination with other minds.
Q: What’s the best decision you ever made?
A: The decision of not judging it, once a decision’s been made. You either jump, or stay in the boat.
Q: Do you believe that unconditional love really exists in any kind of relationship?
A: Love is a simple hormonal flow with complex psychic rendering. The notion of love ‘should’ be unconditional by ancient laws, but it never really was, and never will be. Love is not defined by laws and conditions; it is defined by moments and memories.
Q: Do you believe in Karma? If yes, then what are bad and good karma according to you?
A: Create your drama, and you shall deserve your Karma. And deciding ‘good’ or ‘bad’ is itself a drama.
Q: Do you believe in rebirth or afterlife? If yes, then why?
A: Every night when I go to sleep, I die. And the next morning when I wake up, I’m reborn. That is what I believe in.
Q: What is the best moment of your life?
A: Today. Now.
